Mail Call understands that our clients need reliable invoicing and accounting systems in place. We provide clients with a choice of electronic and hard copy invoices and we can also invoice at your convenience on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis.The choice is yours...
Clients can both electronically receive and review invoices via our website. You can also view the full details of any invoice for a period of over twelve months.
Clients can also generate a usage report online for further analysis, which includes all deliveries booked within specific dates.
Finally, the internet bookings section of our website provides clients with their own personalised and up-to-date price-list. The price list can be reviewed electronically or printed off if preferred.
We don't charge a minimum monthly spend and if invoices are settled within 21 days of receipt, we don't charge an account keeping fee.
