Job description: Customer Service
Based out of our Cremorne Office, the Customer Service / Call Centre is responsible for facilitating and delivering quality services to our clients. We are extremely customer service and results oriented which means we need quality staff that can lead by example and bring to company a combination of great people skills and superior attention to detail.
We have recently acquired a large corporate client and need to recruit two experienced Customer Service Representatives to manage this account specifically. In this role you will be required to work the hours of 3pm-10pm Monday - Friday. The initial training will take 4-6 weeks and during this time your start and finish times need to be flexible.
The ROLE
- Booking in courier orders
- Tracking and tracing orders
- Solving customer enquires
- Solving driver enquires
- Direct liaison with drivers
- Ensure individual KPI's are reached

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
You will have a minimum of 1-2 yrs experience working within a call centre. You must have professional customer service skills and practical experience in a service business enviroment.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Candidates need to be confident, determined and well organised with a "can do" attitude and an ability to initiate and manage change. Good communication skills, resilience, drive and leadership skills to manage a small team are strongly desirable.
