Managing your couriers online gives you a direct link to our Computer System allowing you to have control over all your deliveries at the click of a button.
No need to be on the phone constantly.
You get all the information you need on your computer, giving you transparency and total control so that you can better spend your time focusing on your core business. All clients booking online have access to many features, however the following are unique to Mail Call:
- Real Time Tracking. Featuring a count down in real-time minutes until pick up or delivery so you know the exact status of your job, as well as the current status of whether your job is allocated, picked up, delivered or cancelled
- Instantaneous Online Signatures. When a booking is made via Mail Call Online, the signature is available online instantly once the delivery has been made. The POD is in the form of both a typed name and signature.
- Courier Arrivals. Allows you to view the photo ID, courier number and car registration of the driver coming to pick up or deliver your goods, providing added unique security and peace of mind.
- Deadline booking tool. This unique tool developed by Mail Call allows customers to specify the preferred delivery time for a booking and in response receive advice as to the type of service required for the specified delivery time. Click here to find out more
