A new addition to the website, designed to save customers time and money, is the "Deadline Booking" tool.

This tool allows customers to specify the preferred delivery time for a booking and in response receive advice as to the type of service required for the specified delivery time.

If the recommended service is accepted, the Smart Courier System will "lock in" the required delivery time and subsequently monitor & adjust workloads to ensure the best possible chance that the specified delivery time is met.
