Our Customer service manager is constantly monitoring both your deliveries and any queries you may have to ensure a prompt response.

Our staff can keep you updated on the whereabouts of your job, and are in close contact with our couriers should you need to query a booking.

Customer Service can also be contacted online and you can choose to have your response by fax, email or a phone call.

All online queries are given priority.

A summary of your bookings is available online so that you can review either the entire month's work or just one day, all at a glance.

Each listing provides you with all the information you will need including pickup and delivery times, full addresses and driver numbers, service type and the price.

By using our online booking system you are also able to generate pickup and delivery time estimates for those jobs that need close monitoring.
